NACCA is owned by a growing membership of 59 Aboriginal Financial Institutions from across Canada including:

  • Aboriginal Capital Corporations (ACC's): These provide business development loans and other business services to 31 communities across Canada. Since their inception in the mid-80's these corporations have collectively issued loans totaling over half a billion dollars.
  • Community Future Development Centres (CFDC's): These Aboriginal owned centres offer a broad range of business services to Aboriginal entrepreneurs by assisting them through the business process from initial concept, planning and financing to ongoing management assistance and mentorship. There are currently 20 Aboriginal owned and controlled CFDC's in Canada.
  • Development Corporations: Primarily situated in remote communities, Development Corporations offer financing products and services similar to the ACC's and CFDC's.
