Silu' CorporationSilu' Corporation is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NACCA, established to guarantee the work of Aboriginal contractor to project owners and managers. This is accomplished through the use of an Aboriginal Contract Guarantee Instrument, which functions like a line of credit for contractor to give performance assurances without unduly risking capital and cash flow. Established First Nation, Métis and Inuit contractor that meet the program, criteria which include a minimum three year business or experience, and Aboriginal corporate, can apply through the local aboriginal Financial Institutions. |
